Lost / Stolen Items
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please contact carrier directly for any issues with locating your order.

Received the wrong item(s)? Apologies! We will issue a refund OR send the correct item if it is still in stock.
Returned Shipments (Invalid Addresses)
If a package is sent back to us, it is due to insufficient address information. To have your order re-sent, Email us: info.anikaellecora@gmail.com with your FULL address, and order number. Please don't forget your house, apt, or unit number. There is an additional Shipping fee. We will email a payment request.
Business Rights
Anikaelle Cora LLC has the right to refuse service and ban people from shopping if seen necessary.

How do I place a commission request?
To place a request, click on "commission" tab in the main menu and fill out the email form.
How long do paintings requested take?
Painting time can fluctuate between 1 week to 4 weeks depending on size, and difficulty of concept.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
It can take up to 7 days for your order to be processed and packaged. The Shipping carrier will take it from there. We have no control over the shipping speed as soon as its out of our hands.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receiver your tracking information. Please allow a day or so for the tracking information to update.
I don't see my confirmation email? Where is it?
Please make sure to search your junk, spam, and promotional folders in case the notification has ended up there.
My package says delivered but I haven't received it?
Be sure to check around the front of your home, your mail room, mail box etc... It is also recommended checking with your building management or neighbors who could have collected it for you. In some case, a claim with carrier could be file for missing package(s).
