We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please contact carrier directly for any issues with locating your order.

Mistake with Order

Received the wrong item(s)? Apologies! We will issue a refund OR send the correct item if it is still in stock.

Returned Shipments (Invalid Addresses) 

If a package is sent back to us, it is due to insufficient address information. To have your order re-sent, Email us: info.anikaellecora@gmail.com with your FULL address, and order number. Please don't forget your house, apt, or unit number. There is an additional Shipping fee. We will email a payment request.

Business Rights
